Our Fees for Motoring Cases

For most motoring cases (except notably Dangerous Driving and Causing Death by Dangerous Driving) Legal Aid is not usually available.

We always endeavour to keep our fees competitive, and offer a fixed fee wherever possible, so that the client does not need to be concerned about fees mounting up.

How much the case costs will depend on its level of complexity, number of likely hearings, and the seniority of the lawyer that the client wants for the hearings.

For cases that will proceed over a number of weeks and months, such as not guilty pleas, we can often offer flexible payment terms to suit the client.

Our aim is to provide our clients with a service that is value for money, without compromising on quality. We believe that happy clients provide recommendations and we operate on that basis.
